Terrible Customer Service – No Refunds, No Rescheduling! I booked a dog sledding tour with Best Arctic, but due to extreme weather, my flight was delayed, making it impossible to attend. I immediately contacted them to cancel, yet they refused a refund, citing their “24-hour cancellation policy.” However, their own website clearly states that a refund is possible. When I pointed this out, they changed their stance, claiming I hadn’t purchased a refundable option. In the end, they charged me the full 156pounds without offering even a reschedule. This kind of rigid and dishonest customer service is completely unacceptable. Extreme weather delays are beyond a traveler’s control, yet they expect customers to bear the entire loss. Avoid Best Arctic at all costs!

La agencia en si no la conozco por completo. Pero si puedo decirles algo, NO PIERDAN EL TIEMPO CON EL TOUR "Aurora Safari Camps". Es de lo peor que se puede encontrar en Tromsø. Son varias cuestiones que hacen que así sea. Primero, es un micro con 50 personas para dos "cabañas" en el camp donde como mucho entran 20 personas. Todo lo que dice que dan, no es tan así. Comida hubo, para el que llegó a servir algo. Después es simplemente "no hay más". O mucha gente repetía (muchas personas de edad en la actividad) y simplemente no alcanzó para todos. Abrigos para el frío, no ofrecerieron. Los trípodes, no ofrecieron. Laa fotos, fueron algunas pero de tantos que eramos algunos ni siquiera llegamos a sacarnos. En definitiva, si vas a este tour tenes que saber que vas a una propiedad de una persona, con dos cabañas pequeñas, donde con suerte comes algo caliente y es todo. Si es lo que buscas, pues es tu opción. Si prefieres ver el cielo, las auroras y aprovechar mejor el tiempo, no hagas esta actividad.

On 25-01 we had a tour with Juan and an amazing driver. The busride and guide were 10/10. We really enjoyed the jokes during the trip and enthusiasm of Juan. He made wonderful pictures and we had an amazing time. At the end we were extremely lucky to see the dancing northern lights. Thank you Juan for the fun times!

Did two tours with best arctic - absolute rip off and poor use of time. Sami and reindeer feeding included no sami, no knowledgeable guide and really sick and unhealthy looking animals that seem to be kept only for touristic purposes. Arctic safari 5hrs driving in the cold, guide was great and knowledgable but the 'food' came from a freeze dried plastic bag and the campsite ended up being a parking lot next to the road where coffee/hot chocolate was served from...
