It's a nightmare to eat at this place. I'm only giving this place two stars because it would have been an okay experience until their servers decided to ruin our night.
They have extremely rude and unprofessional staff. We came from the beach so my husband was not wearing a shirt when we came into the restaurant. The staff happily seated us, got our orders, served us drinks and food despite this. Midway through our meal, 5 of their servers hightailed it to our table to rudely inform us that they had a policy against being shirtless in their restaurant. This was after we've been sitting there for an hour and having eaten half our meal. Instead of discreetly approaching us with this concern, they chose to send 5 people to surround us as if we committed a crime. I understand if they had this policy, but they should have informed us of this before giving us a table, taking our orders, and serving us food. As we have dined at several other places where they allowed this, there was no reason for us to know that this particular restaurant has this policy. They should have handled this with subtlety instead of trying to embarrass their customers.
We asked them to put our food and our beers in a bag for us so that we could finish our meal. Upon reaching the hotel, we found out that they packed the beers, but not our food.
We have never been treated so badly in a restaurant, as we have been in Sensi. I've not seen such extreme unprofessionalism and incompetency in one single place. If you want to have a ruined night, this is the...

Read moreI really enjoyed their Sensi signature pizza, their mango milk shake and the oyster that I ordered. Its just that they have very poor customer service. this was my experience with them, I sat on the front of the beach and I was expecting them to give me some cushion but they didn't give to me until I requested it. Then after I was full, I asked for the bill and my bill was around 2.7k pesos I ordered 2 kilos of oyster, 1 signature sensi pizza, 1 mango shake, sliced pineapple for dessert and 2 liters of bottled water. I paid for 3k pesos and said they can keep the change. Part of my order was a liter of mineral water and I still have 2 slices of pizza. and while I was sitting down looking at the sunset, the waiter approached me and asked if I would like some more drinks. I said no I'm fine. Then I went to the smoking area and after I came back, they already cleaned my bottled water which I ordered from them. I felt like I was being pressured to order more drinks just to stay at their beach front after I just paid 3k for my meal. Talk about...
