AQUAFRESH Seafood and Chicken Inasal (Beach front, Station 2) — Restaurant in Malay

We had a wonderful dining experience at Aquafresh Restaurant. It might be a bit hard to spot since it’s located on the second floor above Pan de Boracay and Ilao-Ilao Ice Cream Shop, but it’s definitely worth checking out. The place is quite small, yet cozy and comfortable enough for diners to enjoy their meals. While seafood is their specialty, they also offer pork and chicken options for those who prefer something different.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection — you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Our top favorite was the garlic butter shrimp, which was rich, well-seasoned, and perfectly balanced. The rest of the seafood dishes were equally impressive, both in taste and presentation. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

We were also pleased with the quick service, as our food arrived in just about 20 minutes after ordering. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but considering the quality, portion size, and overall dining experience, it’s absolutely worth it. If you are somewhere in station 3 or somewhere between 2 and 3 No need to go far. If you are walking along the area looking for a seafood paluto you should give this place a try. One of the few places across the beach that is air-conditioned. It has the same menu as any other paluto but they do it a little better and the place is cleaner. The tuway soup is a little clammier tasting. The ebi tempura looked like a tempura but tasted like Cameron rebosado which was fine. Was not cheap but was not expensive. You might say it was cheaper. I dont usually post a review but this restaurant deserves a 5 star. We ordered baked scallops, shanghai, chicken inasal, ensaladang talong, grilled shrimp, pancit bam-i and the best among the rest was the garlic buttered shrimp. Everything was cooked to perfection. Food was all excellent. Sobrang sarap mapapaextra rice ka. Sauces palang ulam na. We were kinda late with our reservation but they still accommodated us with a smile. Hands down to the cooks!
