Ātman Mountain Spa — Local services in Zermatt

Spent a few hours in this fabulous spa. What an experience! The onsen, the Finnish sauna and the steam room were all incredibly well designed and structured. The entire space has been thought with pure relaxation in mind. There was even an impromptu ice Bath which was quite invigorating (or way too cold - depending on your preference). There is even a relaxation room with a fire in it. I will admit my favourite part was the onsen overlooking the Matterhorn (evidence attached). The staff was incredibly attentive to make sure it was nothing but a pleasant experience and that things were kept just right. So if you’re still having second thoughts and are unsure, I would recommend you take a leap and jump right in the onsen (well… mayve a slow crawl...

There are dozens of other spas around Zermatt, do yourself a favour and go to another one.

I bought the day spa experience for my mother as a Christmas gift. There was some issues with finding her bag when she was finished with her visit. The staff tried to help initially but then when it took too long the staff were rude and belittling do the point of tears. I went back to the spa to inform the manager of the poor treatment and intially there was only excuses. Finally an apology came but there was no way to make up for this horrific treatment, nor was one offered. Inbrlievable the treatment of a customer get ven the amount of staff working...

This spa is simply magical. I had the most relaxing and rejuvenating Swiss pine massage experience here. I had a toe injury from hiking and the masseuse took great care not to touch the area. The staff is courteous and kind, and the atmosphere is extremely comfortable. You are welcome to use the spa amenities before and after your service as a non-hotel guest, and herbal tea and a protein ball are served to you after the service....
