Our family had an incredible skiing experience in Zermatt, guided by the amazing Sara, Misha, and Krystina. Over three days, Sara worked with the whole family and impressed us with her patience, enthusiasm, and ability to make skiing fun and approachable for all ages. On the second day, Krystina provided excellent, personalized instruction for my wife, which boosted her confidence and skills. On the third and fourth days, we had Misha, who had also been with my wife on the third day and was very helpful and patient. Her expertise and energy added a fresh perspective, making our time on the Matterhorn Glacier unforgettable.

Beyond skiing, the trip was filled with special moments. We explored the enchanting igloo areas, shared delightful lunches together, and enjoyed an exciting adventure in the fun park with Misha. Riding the scenic train to Gornergrat was a highlight, as we soaked in the breathtaking beauty of Zermatt and the surrounding mountains, guided by Sara with a mix of confidence and adventure, always pushing our limits within safety boundaries.

Our family of four had the pleasure of having Peter the founder of Family Skiing and his sidekick Radush as our ski instructors/guide for three days, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They possess a rare combination of skill, patience, and enthusiasm that made our Zermatt skiing experience unforgettable.

What truly sets two of them apart is their passion for skiing and combined 30 years of expertise on the slopes of Zermatt.

Throughout the three days, not only taught the kids skiing techniques and concepts but also managed to make the learning process and skiing incredibly fun. Their ability to engage with the children 12, 14, and 16 years of age throughout and adapt to suit each individual’s learning style, which was beginner to intermediate, was remarkable. Their calm demeanor and encouraging attitude instilled confidence in the kids, by the third day all four of us as a family were skiing down the other side of the Matterhorn to the Italian Alps.

Overall, I highly recommend Family Skiing to anyone looking for ski instructors/guides who not only delivers exceptional results but also ensures a fun and memorable experience for the kids. I went to 3 countries in Europe for vacation but the highlight of the trip was in Zermatt, Switzerland. I didn’t know how to ski so I looked for a school to teach me. Family Skiing Zermatt was a wonderful choice. From the beginning, Niky was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The communication between us was great and fast. And the price was excellent. I chose to have an all day class by myself. Misha was assigned to me. She was fenomenal. Was there at the meeting point on time and helped me with my gear. Once up there she was so much fun and with lot of patience and very professional. She knows her stuff. Excellent!!!! We had lunch on top of the mountain with amazing views. Yes, I fell several time as to be expected but she was there to help me to get up and to continue my day. She was always encouraging me to challenge my fears and with her patience and care, I was able to do it, and conquer my fears. It was an amazing experience that I will never forget and will never be able to pay enough for her services. Excellent instructor and very much recommended to anyone. She is the best ! Ahoy.
