had the best experience paragliding with FlyZermatt! My partner went with Stu and I went with Julika.

Stu and Julika were incredible - they were professional and extremely friendly. we had a great chat with them while going up the mountain where they told us a lot about Zermatt and the mountains.

on the day prior to the our booking, half of the chairlifts were closed due to high winds. we felt unsure about flying because of the previous high winds, but once we started speaking with Stu we felt heaps better. they worked with us on changing our flying time to suit the winds of the day, and they were keeping on top of the winds the whole time. we felt safe from start to finish and had a great experience!

Stu & Julika even made sure we flew past the blue lounge multiple times where our family was having a coffee so they could get pictures!

the actual flying part was incredible - you get to see Zermatt and the Matterhorn from a whole new perspective! my partner did some twists and turns with Stu and had heaps of fun. I'm prone to motion sickness and started to feel nauseous while we were flying - I let Julika know and she was accommodating and took steps to help me (including avoiding twists and turns!) which made me feel heaps better (don't forget to take anti-nausea medication if you're prone to motion sickness!!)

the walk off the mountain is really smooth, so you don't need to be an adrenaline junkie to do this! it's really calm and you just feel like you're floating!

This is my second experience with paragliding and had a great experience flying with Stu. I was able to book an early morning flight despite booking at the last minute the night before, and was promptly greeted at the office right on time the morning of the flight. Stu was very professional and friendly, he monitored the weather situation and try to look for the best opportunity for clear sky to start the flight. Unfortunately the wind did not cooperate and we had 2 failed take-off attempts, in the end we had to change take-off site and began an amazing flight. Throughout the waiting and attempts to take off, Stu remain patient and communicate clearly the company's philosophy of the importance of safety with clear instructions, even though the delay caused a disruption to his other scheduled flight for the day, he remained calm and show no sign of displeasure or rushing through the process. The flight itself was amazing, the view from the top looking at all the glaciers and mountains and villages below is something one would never forget, soaring higher than the take-off site and looking at the cable car station is mesmerizing. I would also recommend getting the video package. I opted for that and the great footages taken during the flight were immediately transferred to my iphone so my wife could see the incredible views as soon as we landed. I highly recommend Flyzermatt Paragliding if you have the chance to visit Zermatt, and it's definitely one activity that you should consider...
