Our experience tonight was pretty good, until we ordered 3 of special which was a âtomahawk steakâ. At first they told us unfortunately they had run out. No problem. Then miraculously they said yes they had 3 available. Ok great ! The starters came out they were all good maybe a 7/10. The wine was great fairly priced we were very happy with that. Keep in mind we were a party of 13. We ordered the tomahawks medium rare. They came out literally still with a heart beat. We asked to have them done slightly more because it was not appetizing the way they had come out. They then over cooked the steaks and they were about a 4/10. We were starving from skiing all day so we ate them with the expectation of most likely having to pay 100-175. We then had tiramisu and espresso which was great 9/10. THE BOMB SHELL IS WHEN THE BILL CAME 375 per tomahawk . Not even at the best steak houses in the US from NY to MIAMI would you pay that for a PREMIUM piece of meat. This meat wasnât prepared properly and I had to spit half of it out while I picked the tendons out of the chewy meat.    Read moreWe have been dining hear on a yearly basis and this time we were in shock as we have been asked to be seated the 3rd floor, and were treated extremely unpleasant when requested another table.
We are a party of 5 on our vacation and came for the good food and atmosphere of the restaurant. Unfortunately, we were met by the manager whom requested us to stay in the 3rd floor alone in a table that my hotel room offers better vibes and atmosphere even dining in a fast food place will have better seeting than this. When we requested to change the table, we were told that a hotel guest always stays in the same table that we were gonna get and they couldnât offer it to us.
Noting that the âIncompetentâ manager when confronted about why they didnât informed us of the situation upon our reservation, he then BLAMED HIS COWORKERS SAYING THAT HE WASNâT THE ONE WHO CALLED US AND THAT HIS COLLEAGUES SHOULD HAVE TOLD US.
EXTREMELY SHOCKED BY THE UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT & WILL NEVER COME AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE AGAIN.

   Read moreAs regular customers of Cervo restaurants, it's unfortunate that I have to share this feedback, but I feel it's important to raise concerns about the service we received during our recent visit.
The waitress, who appeared to be the manager on duty that day, along with her team, made our experience quite disappointing.
We first ordered still water, but instead, sparkling water was brought to the table. We politely requested a change, but nothing was done. After 20 minutes, we asked another team member, who seemed to relay the request to the manager. Despite acknowledging it, no action was taken. After 45 minutes, and being six months pregnant, I had to get up and personally ask the same waitress for still water for the 3rd time.
At no point did she show any empathy or understanding, even though the restaurant was not busy.
Itâs really unfortunate because the food at all their restaurants is consistently fresh and delicious. Itâs just a shame that the service didnât live up to the usual high standards of...
