Zermama Bistro is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, the cozy ambiance and inviting decor set the perfect tone for a delightful dining experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we felt right at home.

The menu is a delightful fusion of flavors, showcasing both local and international dishes. I highly recommend the roasted duck; it was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The vegetarian options were equally impressive—my friend raved about the quinoa salad!

Had a lovely breakfast before our ski - Marillia was an amazing and attentive waitress, service was great. Though we were not guests at Hotel Zermama, the bistro was welcoming to non-guests as well, even allowing us to park our skis in the ski room!
