人潮也是非常的多，店的門口正中間有老蔣公的人頭銅像，看似非常的復古跟外省時代的氛圍。牛肉麵大碗NT:200，真的非常的大碗，湯頭不需要再加上任何的調味就非常的好喝，很有味道口感，麵條也是Q彈。小菜有豬頭皮、豬耳朵、小黃瓜、豆干等台灣當地非常道地的小菜可以選擇，一盤都是40元。喜歡吃辣的也可以自己加！

Il y a aussi beaucoup de monde. Il y a une statue en bronze du vieux Jiang Gong au milieu de l'entrée du magasin, qui semble avoir une ambiance très rétro et provinciale. 店の入り口の真ん中には江公翁の銅像があり、とてもレトロで田舎の雰囲気が漂っています。大盛り牛肉麺 NT$200。味付けなしでもスープがとても美味しいです。麺ももちもちです。豚の頭皮、豚の耳、キュウリ、干豆腐などの本格的な台湾のおかずが揃っており、価格は一皿 NT$40 です。辛いものが好きな方は自分で加えてもいいですね！

The worst beef noodle soup I’ve ever had. No kidding. The beef was tough, the broth was bland, and the noodles tasted pre-cooked. The side dishes were tasteless as well.
