I wanted a clear caramel shade, with the sides lightened as well. They did lighten my hair, but the crown remained yellow, and the ends turned blue, which is completely not what I requested. THE WORST BLOW DRY EVER IN BKK! I have never had a bad wash and blow in this city ever but this was HORRIBLE. The “senior most” stylist here scratched my scalp with her claw like nails while washing and when i said to be gentle, she laughed to my face!!
