WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE Chi is extremely ARROGANT and VAIN and won't do what YOU want in your hair but what HE wants.

Because I am a western and English is not my or his first language, I was always making questions just to make sure I was being clear and conveying my message accordingly. But because he is VAIN, he took it personally thinking I didn't trust his job. I tried to explain this to him, but he wouldn't listen.

I even showed a picture of how I wanted my hair cut.

When I told him at the end that I didn't like the length of my bangs, he was very angry and started cutting my hair with hatred in his eyes, saying that he prefered my hair that way... (HELLOOO... it's me who have to like it).

He was so aggressive telling me that he knows his job and I was trying to teach him, but I was just trying to tell him how I wanted MY hair to be.

In the end, of course my hair wasn't the way I wanted it, even after showing the photo for a second time. So, he DOESN'T know how to do other hairstyles than the ones he knows, which are quite old fashioned, as the style he cut my hair I had been using for over 10 years before I changed it to the new style I asked him to copy.

And I know that because he is so vain, he will leave a disrepectful reply to my review, as this is the only thing we can expect from an arrogant person.

By the way, it was the most expensive haircut ever in my life and not worth a penny. OK, he studied somewhere famous in New York, Miss Thailand is his customer, but this is nothing once he disrespects his customers and doesn't listen to what WE want and want to play dolls...

This place was suggested to me by someone I know, before I came I wanted to read some of the reviews. I saw some very harsh and low reviews (sadly but not surprisingly they were mostly from foreigners). But since it was suggested by someone I know I still decided to try out this place.

From my experience the low reviews could not be farther from the truth. Got my hair done here this past weekend for the second time. I’ve found it hard to deal with my hair after moving to Thailand since I think it seems to get damaged more easily. But after the amazing service and the amazing haircut I’ve never been happier with my hair.

The service was great, both times I booked an appointment just by messaging and they got back to me right away. Both times I also arrived a little earlier but did not have to wait. Some of the staff speaks English very well but some don’t (obviously, we’re in Thailand). But even so everyone is so nice that we could easily communicate even with just hand gestures.

Will definitely go back next time I need a haircut....

Avoid this place if you can. Worst haircut experience in Bangkok. They take more booking that they can handle. I had to wait in the chair for 15-20 mins till the stylist finished with another customer. Then she trimmed into my beard that she didn't even notice (or didn't want to). And when i complained about that she was making faces. And overall the result of the cut is not satisfying. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!

Update: Reading the guy's response on the review another reason why you make a mistake if you go to this place. Totally unprofessional. Instead of being sorry for the bad service, he becomes hostile with everyone who gives a bad review. Half of his guests were foreigners when i was there. I wonder how will they recieve his comment on foreigners. He can be definitely an artist but not on others' expense. Somehow he doesn't get this. Lastly i don't know which part of my review give him the idea that i have even a slight intention to go back...
