I went on my birthday and the team was extra awesome. They sang a wonderful song and the Brownie served with Ice Cream was a real treat.
After indulging in great food, I did some shopping by getting some really cool Hard Rock merch. Just as you exit the restaurant and to the left-hand corner is where the store is located. The Hard Rock Bangkok T-shirt is one for the books, as it is the representation of travel too. As an aspiring Globe trotter, it was much needed. I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable behaviour of one of your staff members during my visit with my family on 20 September 2025 at around 10:00 PM (Bangkok time).
We spent THB 12,649.98 at your store that day. While trying on a sweater over a white Hard Rock t-shirt (both of which I eventually purchased), I noticed that black lint from the sweater stuck to the white t-shirt. This clearly reflects a quality issue with the sweater itself.
However, instead of addressing the product concern professionally, the staff member rudely told me, “Please remove my shop’s t-shirt before you try on the sweater.” Such a remark was uncalled for and offensive, especially since I intended to buy both items.
To make matters worse, while I was at the cashier paying for my purchases, the same staff member kept making insulting remarks about me in Thai, which was extremely disrespectful and humiliating.
I also kindly request your team to check whether this purchase has been registered under my Hard Rock account or not.
I urge your management to investigate this incident promptly as this kind of behaviour is unacceptable and damaging to Hard Rock’s reputation, particularly towards international customers and tourists.

We came on 1Jan2024 and bought only 3 T-shirts with a bonus of one t-shirt, after paid the items, I was asking for any tax return form, they gave me and ask me to fill the form, then I simply saying that only in this store I need to fill the form myself, I just shop earlier ar Terminal 21, Tumi, Uniqlo land a ballpoint at emporium mall, two of the amount even smaller than this value, then they responded with a little bit tension and said we don't have people to do that so please just fill the form, I got a little bit angry with their un-respectful respond so I just scratched the form and cancel to take the tax refund. Hard Rock should teach manner to their employee to treat a customer, it is not about the money value but we need to be treat equally as customer. I've been loyal to buy HardRock to each country I visited, even in Paris or Rome or Venice, I did not get this kind of treat even though I am Asian in the Europe land. only in Bangkok I did not like their service, there are two people one old and the other is a bit younger, and at that time only 2 customer s but during the incident the other customer already left so 2 persons againts one customer...
