Today I stumbled upon this ramen spot by accident. I arrived around 3:00 PM, so the restaurant was quiet. I was greeted warmly by the staff and seated near the front, close to the outside.

I ordered the Pork Belly Tokyo Tonkotsu Ramen and an iced green tea. The ordering process was smooth—I asked for less salt and fewer noodles, and the staff noted it without issue.

The broth was the highlight for me: rich, deeply flavorful, and not too salty. The pork belly was sliced thin and melted in my mouth—excellent texture.

If you're watching your weight give this place a miss. A bowl of Ramen is easily 1000 cal. I was on my way back to my hotel when the familiar Michelin logo scremed out at me. An empty table just before the usual.lunch crowd got better of me and that's how I succumbed to ruining my diet plan for the day. BUT, it was well worth it.

To hell woth plans and I ordered the biggest dish in their menu; the pork steak Ramen. It was a real steak that's was served in your Ramen, not the usual slices. It was nicely aburi-ed on the outside and the marbling was pretty decent making it tender and juicy on the inside.

The noodles were done perfectly with a nice bite. The Broth was super yummy, so rich, so thick, so fragrant that you know it's so sinful. Together with the steak, It was a tad bit too salty.
