Excellent kaphrao, always. I stop by often as I live nearby. Some interesting variations offered, including my favorite, กะเพรา​เปิด​พะโล้​/kaphrao​pet phalo​/stewed duck in chilli and holy basil. Some folks like a dry kaphrao, others like it saucy/juicy, but I like it right in between the extremes, and Moom Gapao gets it just right. Chilli level at medium is perfect. They also ask you whether you want a soft or well-done yolk on your fried egg topper. Or a small omelet if preferred.

Way better than the Mark Weins place in Sukhumvit. Not as good as my favorite street vendor on Lang Suan but her hours are extremely limited, it's takeaway only and the wait time is very long. So this is my go-to for kaphrao in the neighborhood despite it's shopping...

Nice joint for quick Gapow rice (Thai Spicy dish with basil) located on 4th floor of Mercury Ville Chidlom. Provide good service with ideal Thai fast food dish. This place highly focused on Gapow dish, and they only have 2 options on their menu for you to select between Chicken or Pork Gapow.

Overall dining experience here is ok. It’s nice to have Thai fast food dish in nice and quiet environment.
