Read moreThis is a comfort food to those who loves Sichuan cuisine. Overall the Mala Tang here has great taste. I ordered the spiciest level for the soup base because it is not that spicy. There were varieties of vegetables and noodles to choose from.
Speed of serving: for malatang, just regular servicing sites. Not extremely fast. The lineup during lunch time is extremely long.
Service: The cashier seems confused; whatever requirement I told her, she did not pay attention. So I talked the manager instead. The manager knows how to take care of the customer, and translate the requirement such as “no garlic, don’t overbook the potato slices” to the cooking process in the kitchen.
Some suggestions: More vegetable varieties suchs as celtuce or gong cai will be nice additions. More ball varieties such as Taiwanese or Chao Shan Pork Balls or squid balls.

Won't be back here as other places are more tasty. But drop by if you are nearby, it's still better than some of the other mala...
