Read moreBooked for my daughter's christening, was a nice room but wasn't able to decorate the night before and it didn't open until about 10 minutes before we needed it on the day. The issue was we were told we could decorate the night before unless there was a booking in which case they would decorate for us and so they said they'd let us know, they didn't. Took the stuff to decorate and there had been a party but then they didn't decorate for us. Complained afterwards and was ignored. Also the parking nearby was limited to 2 hours so everyone in car had to leave early, and finally the bar staff started clearing away a bit too early making us feel like we'd outstayed...
