Two days ago I visited this branch and a pharmasist refused to serve me. I could've hardly speak as I was suffering from painful tonsils and throat. I wanted to buy some throat desinfection cause I was afraid I might have tonsilitis or strep throat. This bald guy behind the till was apparently too busy or just not willing to serve me, cause when I asked him for some throat desinfection, he just told me 'We don't do that' and 'All we've got is in the shelf behind you, go and take a look'. There was a lady who tried to help me and said 'Yes, of course we do sell throat desinfection, but I'm leaving now as my shift is over. Just ask the bald man behind the till to help you.' Again, this guy refused to sell me the thing. I told him I can hardly speak as I'm pretty much in pain, keep coughing all the time and that I'm afraid I might have tonsilitis. He responded 'If you cough, you don't have tonsilitis', so you don't need a throat desinfection cause it's not gonna help you. I left. I'm a tourist and in the morning I had to visit the emergency. Next day in the morning, I've been diagnosed with urgent streptococcal pharyngitis. So thank you very much, you baldy 'expert', the throat desinfection was all I needed for the pain relief and it's exactly what the doctor prescribed to me. I hope karma gets you soon...

When I thanked the one at the billing counter, she grudgingly said thank you. She was extremely friendly to the lady in front of me at the counter, though. I don’t recall saying anything or doing anything for her to be rude to me.
I have visited this store earlier. It is only last week that I met these two rude store executives. Never experienced such rude behavior at any other Boots store
In contrast, the store executives at the Boots store on Fenchurch street and Liverpool street station are cordial and helpful every time I visit. Boots Gracechurch st might want to look into the attitude and behavior of their executives. I am a...
Read moreI had the worst interaction with a woman in the pharmacy named Olu who threatened not to give me my prescription and had a very nasty attitude towards me from the get go, and for no reason whatsoever. Extremely rude and aggressive, and towards her co-workers. After this unpleasant interaction she then demanded that I change my address on my license before she would give me my prescription. After her co-workers got involved, they provided me the prescription. Boots can you please follow this up with me? I do not want this to happen to anyone else going forward with this lady. It was a very aggressive situation. Her attitude from the outset was completely off and...
