Went to pick up an order. Awfully slow and useless staff. Was being served by a chinese looking lady. Took my name, told me my ordrr wasn't here, showed her the email, started saying it's not the right one, shoved the email in her face, then she realised I was right. Went back in and finally came with my order. No wonder the stores are closing if that's the kind of stupid and useless staff...
