L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE — Local services in London

I don't know who needs to hear this but I had an absolutely wonderful time in L'Occitane at the Battersea Power Station and that was all thanks to sales assistant Nasra Alassu.

Not so long ago I decided to come in and see what was new. I've been the brand's customer for over 17 years now and I love their products. I walked in and I was struck by an abundance of lovely fragrances, many of which reminded me of the old perfume lines that no longer exist. I was overwhelmed and undecided, and Nasra not only guided me through it all but was professional and warm. I ended up buying more than I should :) But it was so worth it and I am loving all of my new cosmetics!

I made sure I got her name because people like her deserve recognition. Somebody should give that lovely girl a raise. It's thanks to employees like her I will be coming back to that...

Came in with my mum this evening and had such an amazing experience. Shout out to Ayden he gave us such an amazing introduction to the brand and was both knowledgable and helpful. He was very patient and talked us through lots of products as we were not familiar with the brand, he also let us try different products in store.
