An update to my review (please see original below). The service provided at my most recent visit was far superior to my previous visits. I was greeted on arrival and the team served me in a professional and friendly manner. This is the level of service I expect from Ralph Lauren. Keep up the great service!
Shockingly bad service! I have visited this store on 3 separate occasions, and each time the customer service has been appalling. The store was either empty or had just one other customer each time I visit and I have never been approached when coming into the store, and this is despite being dressed in Ralph Lauren clothing each time I have visited. My most recent visit being on 27 March at around 4pm.
I work in the retail sector and visit one of my stores at Battersea Power Station and appreciate that it's a bit quiet, so I would expect staff to be on their A Game when a customer enters the store. I get none of that at this Ralph Lauren store, which falls well below the standards of the majority of RL stores I have visited.
Each time you do not serve customers, you are losing potential sales. It really isn't that difficult to engage with customers. Really...

Saw my favourite brand āRalph Lauren ā Entered with a huge smile on our faces , looking around, touching the products as every customer would do . Saw this lady(serving customers) with a glasses on shouting for his colleague( didnāt hear what she said to him , but this guy went straight to the door(as if he was guarding incase we take something) honestly I thought the lady shouted the guy to attend to us ask us if we are okay , if we need help as good customer assistance would do but no he didnāt. He was just guarding door hands behind him looking at us just incase. Felt uncomfortable and wasnāt plead with the service so me and my friend just went away , on our way he now ask us if we are okay or need help??? idk if we black or what but this is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNeeded to make a return that I had purchased the previous week at Bond Street and was told they only take returns that were purchased at their locations and I could try the location at Sloane Sq and maybe they would take it. I left the shop and called two other locations to verify the return policy. Was told both times that I could make the return to ANY full price location. So I went back into the store and asked once again to make the return. The sales person once again said no so I had to ask for the manager and explained to them that I called and verified the return policy so he processed the return and didnāt make eye contact. Not a great experience - avoid this location...
