Normally the staff at the Battersea Power Station branch are lovely. However this afternoon I wanted to purchase an energy bra for my daughter as it was the only size and colour left but had stains from customers trying it on. The young petite blonde red faced sales assistant was extremely rude, dismissive and had zero customer service skills. One would have thought they would want to get rid of damaged items at a discretionary 10% off! However she would not offer any reason for not allowing for this. No one answers the phone and no managers to speak to. The company is a joke!! Won’t be wasting any more money with snooty jobsworths like her...
