Penhaligon's Canary Wharf — Local services in London

I'm shocked at how racist the sales women Ellie is. During the 20mins I was in the store, she (the only sales women) did not acknowledge my existence at all, until a non-asian woman came in, she straight away went to her asking if she needed any help and started to chat with her in a friendly way. I was really shocked at how blindly obvious it was - at this point there were only 2 customers, and 1 sales women. I went to the till to finish my purchase and said:" I was waiting for you to help me as well", she simply replied: "Oh, I thought someone else helped you", almost rolling her eyes, and with absolutely no efforts in trying hide her racist attitude. She should know if she has a problem with Asian, she shouldn't get a job at this store - this brand is supported by Chinese people. Ellie, nice name but sadly an ignorant person. 在这个岛国带了4年，...

Me and my girlfriend went to Canary Wharf for Valentines Day (it was early) and we had some time to kill before the train home so decided to Pop into the Penhaligons perfume shop where met by Lisa and Sazzad both of these people were incredibly helpful you could really tell Lisa had great passion for perfumes as she was super enthusiastic and knew those fragrances like the back of her hand!

Another note just to show how great these people are, as we were out for the whole day my phone had died and we were not to sure how we were going to get back home and without asking Lisa went and got her portable battery pack and put my phone on charge throughout our time at the shop how Kind is that!
