My friend and I went a couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful experience, from the lovely scents upon entering, to the great service provided. A shout out to Mo, with his cheerful nature and enthusiasm in sharing his wide knowledge about products we enquired about, but without any sales pressure. We left the shop to walk around and have a think. Returned to purchase, and I ended up with quite a heavy basketful, mostly as gifts, and was prepared to lug them around the rest of the day, but Mo helpfully suggested their delivery service - very thoughtful to spare my arms! Big shout out to Tom! Thankyou for being patient with me and helping me pick out my favourites and showing me what is new in-stock. Considering that I just came out of the hospital Tom was so kind towards me, he took his time to help me around the shop and gave me his true insight and advice on the products that would be the best for me. Anything that was not there we looked online he helped it get delivered straight to my house which I really appreciated. Rituals you have a real diamond in your team! this woman i was testing out some of the scrubs and i was washing and drying my hands then trying another product to make sure what i liked. then this woman just came up to us and said “only use one product at a time” but sis we litch was . like sorry just cos the lady in front of us was an adult testing products but me and my bestie felt like we were discriminated because of our age. i feel really disrespected, and i may not come back, for the record, the scrub was itchy and rough on my skin, and i dont have sensitive skin. the staff were very rude because we just wanted to try...
