Terrible experience via Royal Parks customer service/“charity”.

I wrote to the parks to report that their contractor Parks Sport denied me the right to access the building with my assistance dog and declined my full refund.

I then wrote to the Royal Parks Freedom of Information to request data on the number of other disabled people that raised similar complaints.

Gavin Gribbon, Royal Parks Records Manager at Royal Parks declined to expedite my request.To cover up their failings.
