I've skated Vans since I was a kid, and i've been skating them for nearly 20 Years now. The Pro Series are a step up from when I used to buy half cabs and eras in the past. I was served by a girl with bleached blonde hair who couldn't have been more helpful, talkative and welcoming. Really impressed with the customer service from this store and other vans stores in London. Some of the pro shoes are on sale currently as a way of persuading people to start buying, really liking Vans again, this experience has reaffirmed my faith in Vans...

Awful customer services. They don't know anything about the sales they have and it is only one person working to assist people to pay for their items even if two employees are in the tl. They also completely ignore you when there are huge delays due to technical problems. All of the employees they don't even look around them to see if any customer needs help and they all have some kind of attitude that makes this place 100% unfriendly.
