I went there yesterday with my mom and we both had haircuts, I had a great experience while she didnt really like her hair at all. I always try and ask for someone who's a little bit more experienced and had forgot to ask for the same for her. I loved my stylist although I can't remember her name, she went over texture ideas and what I use on my hair, and the different options that would look good with my hair type and face shape. I intentionally asked for a haircut I kknew wouldnt look good on me and she came up with options for me that would work and advised me the haircut I "wanted" wouldne look so great on me but she could give me the things I liked about it. She was professional and even was nice to my two year old sister who wouldn't stop crying because she wanted to come see me. She let her come back engaged her and was very friendly. I lost my phone in the lobby and the staff took the time to call it and help me look for it!! My mom got someone who just started cutting hair and although her hair cut was a little bit shorter and the top was nothing like how she wanted it, my mom still told her it was great and tipped her. i brought my girlfriend here to get a fade and was left with this. even after going back in because it was done poorly they continued to cut her hair completely incorrectly. my girlfriend has incredibly thick and straight hair because she is native and they had no tools to figure out how to adapt to that and it was noticeable. i still am going to have to help her shape it up after we left the second time, they raked through her hair with thinning scissors for 5 mins and were surprised it didn’t suddenly stand up and behave as they wanted. i thought younger people in the industry would be more inclusive to...

I think they're better than some of the salons there. The students there are perfectionists (because I'm guessing they're trying to get a good grade) and they're more attentive to what the customers want. I'm very satisfied with my haircut. I'm so picky with my hair and sometimes get upset after salons because they never really envision what I want. But the student did an excellent job. I only paid $10 for a haircut, but gave her a $10 tip because I was so happy with it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone...
