Bought some high knee boots on a Saturday wore them out the door to come right back in and take them off and put them right back in the box because they did not fit me right. Come Tuesday try to go in and do an exchange with the lady there named “Mariela” Don’t even know if this is her name because she then proceeded to lie about being the manager. She glanced at the boot and said NOPE CAN’T DO AN EXCHANGE THEY ARE “DAMAGED” Mind you didn’t even have them on longer than 10 minutes still on the bottom of the shoe. She then said that there is a sign on the counter, saying to not bring them back if they are damaged the sign that was on the counter was in Spanish I am an English customer. I then proceeded to ask her to get the owner or someone higher than her On the phone. She pointed me to a number that was a Verizon caller that had turned off there phone. Got in contact with someone at Coronado Mall they then Tell me to bring the shoe to them so they can look at it. Drove all the way across town to then get told I cannot do an Exchange. Please tell me how you’re supposed to exchange an item that you’re not even supposed to put on your foot. Poor customer service… I will never return back to the store. These people one made me feel like I just wanted to keep returning shoes and made me feel like a thief when these people...

They really need a “zero star” option. The Fashion Dalary is a disaster; do not spend your time or hard earned money in this disaster of a store. Bought a pair of boots for my daughter that were worn 6 times to school, both heels and both toes came apart. Went to return the boots, they hide the “no return” sign, and then verbally tell you that you can not return if at all worn. Do not shop at this shoe store! They are thieves and charlatans. I purchased shows for my Daughter Saturday. She wore them in the store and thought they fit. We got them home she put on and realized they didn’t fit as well! They refused to even exchange them! I wasn’t asking for money back just to go up half a size! These people are not a good company.
