I've been to this location a few times and the manger or whatever he is has always been a bit off putting and kinda rude but whatever it's a game store. But on my last visit I brought my girlfriend with me. The store was very busy and he was already helping other customers at the register. But he stopped everything he was doing walked from around the counter were other people had been waiting for awhile and started asking my girlfriend about her tattoos even though she had not asked for any help. He then proceeded to ignore the rest of the store and just creeps on her for a very long time, the line was about 4 or 5 people deep. It was very off putting. I don't think we are going back to this location if we don't have too. It would be different if he was like that to everyone that came into the store but like I said I've shopped from him before and I've never seen him focus on anyone like that it was really uncomfortable. When he realized we were together he started talking about his "wife". I don't think she would like the way he creeps on other women. He needs to be more professional at his job and the way he...
Read moreI normally don't do this but this really pisses me off. I used to come to this Gamestop a lot when I lived in Greenspoint and/or went to school near by. I have always like the vibe when walking into a Gamestop. Friendly. Helpful. Fun. Always a good conversation. Today changed all that. This was my first time going to this Gamestop in like two years and I won't ever go back. Is it because the clerk was slow and he wasn't even talking about games? No. Is it because they didn't have what I needed in stock? No. It is because an employee (named Albert) literally ignored a kid trying to buy/ask questions about a DS game. I am not talking about telling the kid he was busy and gonna get back to him. I am talking about the kid ask if he could ask the employee a question, and the employee said nothing. FOUR TIMES!! I stepped out of line, ask the kid what he needed, googled the game, and got back in line. It took me less than a minute. He (Albert) couldn't even tell the kid he would be with him in a moment. So I will never visit this Gamestop again, even if...
Read moreI made a preorder on a Funko Pop, and I was never called including that it wasn't set aside and put on hold for me to pick up the way it's supposed to be. I had to check the online website to see if my item was already released in store, which it was. I had to come pay off the rest of my pre order as an in stock item. If the in stock item pre order I made would've been out of stock, I would've had to ask for a refund on my $5 deposit for it. Worst pre order experience I've ever had. Other locations I've pre-ordered from, call me to let me know my order arrived and have my item in a seperate box in the backroom ready until I come by...
