I've been to this Starbucks a couple times now. And every single time I'm disappointed with the customer service. I understand that the line is extremely long and that the same questions are asked all day long, but you work at Starbucks and a high volume one, so you should expect to do "tedious" things all day.
But every single time I come here, not even ONE single smile from any partner behind the counter. Not even a "What can we get for you today?" Just a simple "next in line!!!" And no eye contact? I just don't get it.

The barista immediately copped an attitude, charged me $1 for a water, on top of my $5.50 coffee, asked me to sign receipt but didnt offer pen, when asked she pointed them out as if they were obvious, they were under the pin pad. While I was waiting for my coffee she was talking about me because she couldn't see me, AND "forgot" to send a water cup with my name forward. She was enthusiastic and engaging not just with my wife and I, but our daughter as well.
