Belle Âme & Muse — Local services in Annapolis

I was shopping around and having a nice chat with the girl named Charlotte working at the store, I did not buy anything. I left and then a few minutes later police put their lights on and stopped traffic to question me. Apparently Charlotte, the girl working there, called the cops and accused me of stealing a pair of Chanel sunglasses. I got questioned in the middle of West street in front of everyone. My friends drove by and saw me and thought I was getting arrested. I was so embarrassed! Mortified! They have video footage of me NOT stealing the glasses that she did NOT review before calling the police on me. I would expect more from a “luxury” store than falsely accusing someone of shoplifting. Side note* she told me they buy a lot of things from the Goodwill online auctions, so I say everyone just look there instead of shopping at this store after they have...

Wonderful staff, a beautiful owner and smart business person, great selection of accessories, which I love as they don't have much in my dress size, sadly. Great stuff, a must see destination if you're shopping in Annapolis. They just need to have a wider selection of sizes. There are rich women with money, who like to dress nicely who are not a size 6 or lower. Would have put 5 stars, if that wasn't the case. Again, huge fan, only wish I could buy more there. Trying to lose weight, but well, it's not easy...

Shopping at this store is fun. The window display always draws me in. Looking at the bags is wonderful. It's a great way to spend some quality shopping time...
