Cavender's Boot City — Local services in Arlington

I have been a loyal customer here for years I have bought 7 pairs of boots, cologne, hats and numerous gifts but we consistently received underwhelming service.... but I continued to come back because this is where I got my first pair of boots when I was five years old this is where my papa and daddy shopped this is where my brothers shopped.. but today we finally reached our breaking point. I came in looking for boots for my wedding first place I wanted to go. But we walk in to a girl standing behind the counter no customer in sight she looks at us does not waive does not say hello welcome mom of that. So we preceded to the men’s boot section to look for a all black pair of boots preferably Justin or ariat’s so this is when I hit my boiling point there is not one other person in this section not one Mr Pat and older white gentleman walked past us 7 times only one time asking us how we are doing today, not can I help find something what are you looking for anything..... this piss me off that is Beyond disrespectful it should be common decency to be polite and generous to paying customers even if they don’t look like your typical western wear buyers.... we will not be back ever there are other boot providers the give us a way better...

Omg finally my desire to own a pair of cowboy boots was accomplished this trip . On my last trips , i never exclusively shopped but just desired in my dreams.(thats me🤪) So. There are plenty of options in texas to shop but i choose this specific location because the whole massive plaza is full of stores. There are at least 3 stores just for boots , hats and other texan clothing as well as accessories. Like an old school , i love to go in the store and try on things.

In this big busy building , you will get assistance from well spoken and great customer service experienced people. There is a specific section dedicated to alligator tail and ostrich skin shoes. (Though they are expensive and there is a reason for that)

Variety is huge, men and women sections are divided on each side of the store. There is separate section for accessories and cloths respectively. All sort of sizes are available and if you can’t find your size then just ask and they will be happy to help you. My sister n me got two pairs of long boots. They were not only comfortable but...

Great place with a great quality western wear. Over the years I've gotten three pairs of boots and three cowboy hats from here, as well as a nice leather belt and I always have a good experience going in. The sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and helps you find what you want without being pushy.

The first time I visited, several years ago, I also went to another Western Wear store that is across the street, and because I was dressed in ripped up shorts and a cutoff shirt when I came in, I was treated disdainfully by the sales staff at the other store (not Cavender's) who suggested, after I told him what I was looking for, that we start at the budget rack for something I might be able to afford.

I promptly walked out and went to Cavender's where I was treated like gold and helped to find exactly what I was looking for.
