I have been a customer for 2 years. I had my logo made there in 2019 and every month I've been getting my labels printed. I have 9hair care products and I love how my labels look. I sent an email yesterday asking for the png file for my logo and the owner sent me a rude email that I chose not to respond to. I called and and talked to the person who created my logo to let him know what the email stated.
