I was excited but nervous to start my wedding dress journey. I adore the online feature of favoriting items you like online and if they have it in store, they can pull those for you! This helped make my appointment go smooth and starting that way was so helpful! My stylist (I'm blanking on her name, but she was younger) was so sweet and extremely extremely helpful in the process. As I am a girlie who is very indecisive 😅, it took me a bit to figure and weed out certain looks, fabrics and features (even though i knew certain things i wanted prior). My stylist was literally the best in helping my indecisive butt on that haha. Even though the appointment was initially an hour, I did stay past that and even though my stylist had to step away for another appointment, the manager stepped in and was just as helpful and sweet as my stylist. She knew what features and things I was looking for and actually pulled a dress I didn't even have on my favorite list! It was definitely one of two i left leaving the store actually liking. While I didn't say YES to the dress during my appointment, both of the team members who helped me were so kind, sweet and helpful in questions etc. that I had. I'm so excited to make a second appointment and hopefully...

I had a terrible alteration appointment with another location, where they pretty much gave me a list of garments to get to make me fit the dress, not the dress fit me. They also didn't even look into doing anything else, bustle, strap adjustment, nothing until the garments were gotten. But i really didnt want to spend a fortune on these hail mary garments to then not feel comfortable in my own wedding dress on the day of. So I gave it another chance at the green bay location. I was so nervous it was gonna be a repeat of the same bad appointment. But the moment I walked in, they were so kind. AJ is the sweetest human. She made me feel so comfortable, and came up with a plan of alteration. When I mentioned the dress being a smidgen snug where I wasn't super comfortable in it, she came up with a creative solution that makes me feel so comfortable and looks amazing with the dress. When I started to feel overwhelmed and felt like I was going to pass out, she offered me to use her hand held fan to cool off. She was so kind and sweet. Im so glad I went to this location, they have the best people who actually enjoy their jobs and want to help people feel beautiful. I can not recommend...

Wish I could rate this negative stars. While spending so much time getting ready the morning of and having so much ambition and excitement to go dress shopping, the excitement was quickly cut short.

With only and hour of “dress shopping” and 30 minutes of that being wasted by talking about dresses and the store I didn’t get to feel the dress shopping experience.

Being told to start with trying on three and then we would do more, we didn’t. I got to try on only 4 dresses to then be quickly rushed out.

We had family travel quite a ways for this and some even take off work. A day we thought we would find the dress together seemed to be quickly yanked from underneath our feet.

How does one find THE dress when only trying on 4 in the matter of 30 minutes. What a terrible way to spend what was supposed to be an exciting day.

We spent more time getting information on stuff we really didn’t need instead of getting to pick out the wedding dress. Over all a not good experience and would rather buy my dress anywhere...
