Absolute worst experience Iāve ever had at a Dutch bros in my life. We have been driving from florida all day and rerouted to come to this Dutch Bros. We sat in line for 10 min when someone finally came to our window and said If we donāt make it to the drive through window by 10 they werenāt gonna serve us. AFTER we had already been sitting in line?? You had enough time to come out and tell me that but couldnāt have just taken my drink order then? If you donāt want people to get in the drive through line 10 min before close put up a sign. And I am not normally a person to go somewhere right before close but we have been driving for over 15 hours and just needed a coffee for our remaining 5 hours. Manager wouldnāt even come and talk to us about this. The boy at the window was nice and tried to get them to make our drinks so no hate to him. First of all the serviceā¦I as well as other people sat in line waiting on the red head to take our order while she attended to every other car that would hop in line (making us wait even longer). Then the employees at the window were trash talking about us loud enough for me to hear them say things like āthey donāt have to come back hereā and āthey can find a new locationā. It was humiliating because my younger sisters were in the car hearing all this. I had already left that location for the day so I looked online.. no help there.. called the number no help there.. so I went back in person to ask what they could do.. well.. nothing.. they didn't give me a receipt so I had 0 proof of what I ordered and I didn't use the app so again I had no proof when I went up to the window to ask about it I had a helpful young lady but when she went to ask her manager about my situation all she could say was no receipt no replacement..
