Marble Slab Creamery — Restaurant in Texas

This place is by far the worst in and around this area. I go to Marble slab A lot. I have two sons and we all eat the same ice cream. I don’t mine when they run out of a ice cream that’s ok. What makes this location horrible Is the the customer service. I asked for a pint and they are out of that size. When I suggested buying 3 of the next size down and just changing me for a quart they didn’t know what the next size was and sad they will charge me for that no matter what. It’s as if your troubling them to do there job. I can go on and on about other issues but drive down the road and get it. I avoid this place by all means and you...

7/24/22 Just left This store, your employees have very poor customer service skills, my cup was half filled, with what was suppose to be rocky road, I had to go back in after I purchased and ask for my marshmallows and chocolate chips, my cup was not filled! no greeting of Customers when they walk in, Just blank stares like zombies..isn't Ice cream Shops suppose to be happy places, esp. for children. Bad Employees will run your business in the ground and bad reviews even worse.... Please get it together, and for God sakes put out chairs  for your customer..... Bad employees ruin...

The last two times we were here was because we were at a nearby restaurant and wanted ice cream for dessert. They have 2 coolers for ice cream and only had one cooler stocked. They didn't even have Sweet Cream (their vanilla) stocked. Our person barely scooped any ice cream into our cups. It wasn't anywhere near full. Lots of space to be seen in that cup.

We've been here before Christmas and thought it was great! Definitely let down enough by our last two visits that we will look for our ice cream elsewhere. Hopefully they can train their staff better and fix their issues with...
