I've been the customer of BoA for the past 6 years and I'm really unhappy about its service. I'll give it an extra star because there are individual bankers (e.g., Patrick) who are helpful and take care of customers, other than that their service is flawed. For instance they sent me a letter and asked for some documents and gave me the upload, mail, and in person turn in options, and I chose the upload option but seems like they are way behind technology that they didn't realize I uploaded the documents and they restricted my account. And even worst they did so without notifying me, I could login to my online banking (web and app) and there were no warnings whatsoever. I noticed my account was frozen when somebody tried to send me money and told me that they couldn't find me. I contacted the Estate department on August 2, I provided all the documents to have monies transferred. I was told it would take a couple of weeks to complete the process and get approval. I called back October 2, because, the transfer has not been done. I was told, you provided all the documents but, now we have to submit it too the higher ups for review, and that’s going to take a couple of weeks for approval, she also said I’ll expedite it. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED and AGGRAVATED to have been LIED too by this bank’s Estate Representatives. The only state i didnt have an issue was in TX every other state LA NY PA FL ATL TN etc. It has been the worst experience of my life. Now recently in ATL i have had accusations of fraud on my account AT LEAST 7 times in less than a month and ive had to call in for missing money bofa has taken due to proccessing issues. I am active on my account and watch it closely. They are targeting me wherever i go and its evident. This company as a whole needs to be under investigation for what they are doing to me and may be doing to others behind the scenes.
