Ferragamo — Local services in Atlanta

I went in there tonight and was greeted by an asian sales woman. Sorry but thats the best way to describe her. I told her I was looking for some shoes for my wedding which is on Friday. This should be the number one sign that I'm a serious buyer! If a wedding isnt a big enough reason IDK what is. She asked me why I waited so last minute and that I'd have to find a store that has my size...she told me this as I literally just walked in! had no time to look, or even get as far a selecting a shoe, then focusing on a size. She treated me like I couldn't afford their product. I left and went right to Bally and bought some shoes. I hope she doesnt treat all customers like this or Ferragamo is losing money. Do not go this WORST store. Service is so BAD. I am the one was been buying belts and wallets from that store. Actually I liked to buy some wallets for gift and mine so I liked to compare design with other brands anyway I didn't buy because I felt the employee is looked down on me. He was slight me. Soso bad. Do not go this store.

Some other brands like Prada, Louis Vuitton and Burberry were so kind and friendly but the Ferragamo was not.

When people go to shopping mall it makes feel really happy but the ferragamo employee made me feels like terrible. He was the looks like Asian man. Two of salesman's acts reduce Ferragamo's brand value. I will not buy anymore from that store. And will not buy whatever if he works...

WORST STORE I HAVE EVER ORDERED SOMETHING FROM IN MY LIFE! Ordered a gift for nearly $400 paid for it ahead of time - As a result I got HORRIBLE customer service and a bunch of ATTITUDE from this guy named Jim that works at the store. Got no receipt yet my card was charged. My order never arrived on time, and I still don’t know if it’s here yet when it was a gift for someone’s birthday. And to make it worse I kept getting put on hold and hung up on everytime I called. The store brand reps are SO RUDE. I will NEVER get anything from this store again.
