I can not say enough amazing things about Mack! From beginning to end, he was a pleasure to work with, along with an exceptional creative vision which is so important when you are looking for the “perfect ring.” My fiancé & I began looking at a few other jewelers in the Atlanta area, and one Saturday morning we just so happened to stop by Regal Studio, and it was the best decision we ever made! When we arrived, Mack welcomed us with a smile, we took a seat & after chatting for a few minutes about his business, he asked me what I wanted the ring to look like. I honestly said “I really don’t know. I have been trying to do my own research & am still unclear on the cuts, clarities, honestly all of it. And with the few jewelry stores we have been to, the emphasis was put more on the quality of the diamonds, rather than if I liked the ring or not.” Mack then proceeded to explain to us EVERYTHING we needed to know when it comes to center stones, and kept his tone very professional yet friendly in a way that was easy to understand. Then after looking through his catalog of work, and pointing out various points of other rings he had designed that I liked, he stops & says “I know exactly what you will like.” Little did I know, the next picture he showed me, was the perfect look for me! We then modified the image & each put our own twist on the ring. The design process was so much fun with Mack, and it was truly an honor to work with him. He has a keen eye & will give you an honest opinion, which is hard to come across in this industry. I have to admit, even though I knew what the ring was going to look like, I had no idea it was going to be THIS beautiful!! I still was in shock! I love the fact that I have a one of a kind, customized ring, that I receive so many compliments on! So if you are yet to find the perfect ring, give Mack a visit! You will not leave disappointed. He not only designs rings, but just about anything your heart desires! We are definitely going to use Mack in the future for any jewelry concerns we may have! His lovely wife is in the shop sometimes as well, and I have enjoyed talking to her & Mack together!...

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at Regal Collection Corp. by Mack. Initially, we were looking to buy a wedding set the traditional way: go to the jewelry store, pick out a pre-designed ring and pay. There is nothing wrong with that, but we were looking for a different experience. I was also a little discouraged because I had not seen anything I really loved. I had heard from others, diamond dealers were the way to go. Unfortunately, I did not know anyone in the industry. Right before we were getting ready to go visit a major jewelry store, I got a call from a good friend telling me to check out Regal Collection. She described her experience as wonderful and thought I might have a better chance of getting what I was looking for through them.

I called immediately, especially since my friend has extrodinary taste and an appreciation for the finer things. Krissy scheduled a time to meet with us and really made us feel comfortable from the initial meeting. She worked with us to determine what cut would be most appropriate for my hand. Then, she worked with my husband, who was very specific about the diamond he wanted to create my ring. She held our hands every step of the way, providing expert advice and a great customer experience. We were not only able to find the perfect diamond; she also helped us design the perfect ring.

She was responsive, patient, kind, knowledgeable, accessible and so professional from start to finish. The CADs (computerized …not sure what the “a” stands for…drawings) were a great example of what the ring would look like on a very large scale, and Krissy continued to reassure us throughout the design process.

After several weeks, I feel that I have creatively birthed the most beautiful ring. For us, it took some time to get it perfect, but it is more than I could have ever imagined. I am proud that we got the opportunity to be a part of the process, and my ring is uniquely designed for me, by me, which has so much meaning. I would recommend Regal Collection (Krissy or Mack) , and they will definitely be our jeweler from...

Longgg long story short: Regal Collection Corp is the best dn jeweler you will step foot in. My man wanted to get me a Tiffany ring and I told him not to waste his money, that name does not do a dn thing for me.

After a lot of searching we decided to see what Regal had to offer....boyyyyy am I glad we did. I have the most AMAZINGGGGG custom one-of-a-kind ring I could never have even dreamt up!! But with Mack and his amazing team (mainly Krissy~seriously the best customer service I have ever received from a sales person) I have this beautiful police themed thin-blue-line ring with a natural blue sapphire center stone!

I never felt pressured with them or ignored. They follow through with their customer service till they are 100% sure you are 100% satisfied with your piece.

The only reason I gave them a very good on quality is because I had problems with my setting keeping the tiny stones in initially, but Mack redesigned how the setting held my stones and made them a bit larger so they would not fall out. I have not had a single issue since!

The actual quality of the stones and the beauty of the design is beyond excellent!!

The one thing I can not say enough about is their customer service level, they treat you like a V.I.P. even if you are not spending $1 milli. They really value their clients and the business they receive no matter how much you are spending. They show through their actions that they appreciate your business.
