So this used to be my favorite LensCrafters store. Until the switching of managements. Brooklyn is always a pleasure to deal with, she’s very attentive to customers, reaches out in timely manner, as Tyra used to be an employee there and was a joy to deal with as well. But i kinda see why she left with management being like Brittany. I reached out to Brittany about an issue from years prior which she said prescription is reading correctly in lens due to Brooklyn taking initiative and reading the lens when Brittany failed to do it the day i saw her in store (so I’ll keep it honest on my end as i always will). But it’s the way Brittany prolonged the whole situation and avoiding calls and didn’t reach back out to me in a timely manner until over a week later. I called to ask what the verdict was since my matter was from years ago, but she put it on back burner until i went in and Brooklyn read the lens. When a manager is this lazy and her employees have to fix the situation, maybe the employees need the promotion and manager in position takes the backseat. If a customer calls on the phone leaves numerous messages and you call back a week later, customer is not priority at this point. Get that customer service up Brittany it ain’t hard to return calls and rectify situations. I understand it’s been busy, but you have down time to call back customers who left messages in the same day most managers who value all customers will at least call back and give an update but not Brittany. I left glasses there to get a screw put in in which they have the screws for sure but it’s most likely been fixed for days i asked were they finished she says yes. I’m like i left number for them to call when they were done had i not asked i wouldn’t have received a call Im sure. Slacking all across the board. Tighten up this used to be my fav go to spot to get my frames and lens but...
Read moreCame in looking to get sunglasses and was stonewalled and gaslit by the gentleman "assisting" me. He told me about a promotion for 40% off which got me immediately interested in buying then and there. I was interested in the Meta Ray-Ban's but he said those were sold out. I motioned towards one of the 5 loose ones they had on display and he said those were display only and not for sale, they were sold out, and you cant get them anywhere, not there, not online, not at any of their other locations. I quickly checked online and saw them in stock on Lenscrafters, was insisted that the website and myself were wrong, and I couldn't get them. I folded, ok, you don't want me to buy these, whatever. I pick a different pair and asked if he could quote me the price after the discount. He asked for my prescription, and told it to him and he said that I needed a printout signed by my doctor. No problem, told him to just look it up as I had gotten it at another Lenscrafters location, simple right? Nope, wrong again. I tried calling that location and they couldn't get my prescription because the doctors office was closed..... Which in my opinion is insane. So he wouldn't give me a price, because I cant "provide" a prescription, despite knowing it, and despite having gotten it at a Lenscrafters. I gave up at this point and just left.
It's ok though, this 1 star review is specifically for this location and that employee. Because as soon as I got home guess what? I was able to go online to Lenscrafters.com, select the Meta Ray-Ban's that I wanted, plug in my prescription and hit that order button. They'll arrive in two weeks. Not as sold out as he...
Read moreIf you want my short opinion: NEVER EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM! Honestly, I would give them a negative point if I can. We bought a pair of glasses from them almost 3 weeks ago when they told us it would be ready in ONE week. A week past and we received no contact from the store. We were patient at the time, and just made a call to the store. However, there were nobody answering the phone. Tried multiple calls and nobody ever answered. Therefore, we chose to go the store again after TWO weeks we made the purchase. The staff at the store called the lab, which he said had been "delaying orders" for no reason. After he made the call, he told us the glasses will be ready to ship out next Monday and will likely arrive in 2 to 3 business day. He apologized and said he was willing to give $50 discount for the delay. He also ensured us he will call us on Monday once he saw the shipping confirmation and would let us know when it's ready for pick up. Now it is Friday night, and we have not received any contact from the store. Made a call to the store on Wednesday and still nobody answered. This is one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I've ever had, and honestly it's a disgrace that the job has been done so slowly and they've so unresponsive. This is NOT rocket science! A pair of glasses could be completed within a week, and we've waited THREE weeks already with no contact from the store at all. And staffs, if you see this review, please understand that we are so upset for reason. I would never post anything like if I hadn't experienced...
