Target — Local services in Atlanta

I normally don’t live reviews. But I have to for this target. My husband and myself went in to look for a stroller and car seat combo. Which in the beginning was very hard cause I wanted one thing and he wanted something else. While we was trying to decide we got an email from target saying one of our gift from our registry was ready for pick. We decided to go to customer services to pick it up. Get get Way from the confusion of what set to get. First off the two ladies in customer services was wonderful the First Lady was able to get our gift to us with not problem. The second lady Ms. Ebony was amazing I still had that confused look on my face. She asked if I was ok told her no. Cause I’m due in a few weeks and we still don’t have a stroller or car seat. She asked us what we were considering we told her we both had different opinions. She got us reviews for both help use decide on what would be the fit for us. I love the fact that she took her time to help us went over an beyond to find out information on the idea. She was very helpful. I’m so glad we went in that night and she was there. It amazing that we still have people that care and that are very helpful I know if we went in another store we would have to deal with so much attitude and not even get any help. I know working in customer services cause be stressful but Ms.Ebony did not show it. She AMAZING. Hope she sees this. So frustrated with customer service at this Target. One of the busiest Targets in Atlanta with cashiers and self-checkout options on two floors and for the last few months, they literally have ZERO cashiers on either floor. Everyone has to wait in line for self checkout. This is the situation now no matter when you go at whatever time of day. It's awful.

I've shopped at this Target for the last 15 years, and the customer service has always been top notch. Having to wait in line now at EVERY VISIT to check myself out while I'm already paying higher prices than Wal-mart is seriously making me question my dedication to shopping at this store. There used to be 1-2 cashiers open all the time no matter when you shopped. This should be a service provided to customers at all times. If the cashier line is long, customers would have the option to wait or self checkout, but this constant self checkout is for the BIRDS!!

I asked a customer service manager why there was such an issue now in getting a cashier, and she said they are mostly working on the floor and people don't show up to work. She said you could always "request a cashier" come to check you out..... like that is a comfortable situation when there are 8 people waiting in line for self-checkout.

I sure hope Target resolves this problem soon otherwise, I'll start shopping somewhere else where the cost of purchases is comparable to the level of customer service one experiences...

Had a great time at this Target!!! We went with looking at clothes in mind but soon to find out our intrest would soon be in other departments in the store. As arriving we found out that the only parking is in a parking garage, so after finding a spot for our big van that wasnt labeled "compact cars only" we started off on our thought to be clothes shopping trip. As we enter we are greeted by a very nice woman making us feel very welcomed. We start towards the women's clothing section as we pass other employees they ask how we are doing and if we need help with anything. Upon arrival in the clothing section we soon realize that this is a two story target and there are ESCALATORS!!!!! As we look an awe we soon decide that our shopping trip just got AWESOME!! 30 seconds later and you can only imagine what happens next........ up and down and up and down and up and down for at least 30 mins till we realize that the thing between the escalators is for shopping carts to go up and down too! Well you know what that meant for us....another 30 mins up and down with random shopping carts!!! This review is for all the boring people in the world who thinks shopping at target is boring and think you cant have fun...
