I am beyond furious right now! I am allergic to beef (yes it's a real thing) I asked the lady if the salami had beef in it, she said no. I told he I was allergic to it, and that I needed her to go check. She did not check and just asked the guy at the register if it had beef in it. They both assured me it was only pork. One bite into the sandwhich i can tell it has beef in it. I then googled it and it does have beef in it. So now I'm out of $8 and I'm going to be sick because the employees here wouldn't check the packaging for someone with a food allergy. I'm in the food industry, you do not run a business this way.

Awful location with rude workers. Will never be back. After waiting in the front for multiple minutes without an associate to take care of us, this franchise owner scammed my husband and I through cunning misrepresentation. While we had our coupon in hand for a BOGO foot-long, we were told upon checkout that their scanner was down and so our total for our 2 subs is $22. We attempted to place our order online to ultimately learn that this is not a participating store for this promotion. Since we took up his time, he jacked our bill up to $32! AVOID.

Two things. First: I ordered a veggie delight sandwich. You'd think the person making the sandwich would put more than a skiff of lettuce/spinach on the sandwich. Second: I ordered the sandwich with Mayo & Vinegar. It came with Mayo & Mustard. Unfortunately, this was yet another failed UberEats order so I had no way of knowing that the person making the sandwich was grossly incompetent before receiving food that I'm now not able to eat.

I will NEVER eat here EVER again!!!!! ~ I bought a 12" veggie delight and a 12" tuna fish and one large drink, NO chips, nothing else. The total bill was $28. Then, the drink machine sputtered out thin grey vile liquid that tasted like un-sweetened machine oil and cigarette juice. I complained and they .. eventually sent out an employee who does not like diet drinks anyway, and therefore could NOT appreciate how wrong wrong wrong this was. He REFUSED to correct the drink machine, for the drink I paid $3 for, and, since I paid with a DEBIT card, I could NOT get a refund. I did manage to shame the guy into letting me grab a small BOTTLE of Diet Coke, which is NOT what I paid for... And to add to this, the store was un-clean, with dirty gritty floors, with had a non-zero trace of marijuana. This kind of store DOES NOT deserve to exist here, in...

The associate was busy making online orders and didn't even greet us. We placed an order for 2 subs. For one, we were asked if we wanted it to toast it, but the other we were not asked, and it was toasted. By the way, while we waited for at least 5 min before being waited on, there was another associate in the back wonder why that person didn't come out to help? While we were there eating one more customer walked, they also had to wait to be waited on.
