I placed a mobile order like I do every morning at my local Starbucks back at home so I proceeded to do the same the Lennox location since it was close to our hotel but when I arrived and let the cashier and manager who was in earshot know my name and that I was a picking up my order I was a told in a very mean and agitated tone that it would be available at the mobile pickup counter and nothing more happened…. My husband and I waited nearby for 30 mins thinking that they were just busy and understaffed so we tried to be patient until we decided to check again with the cashier and confirm my order although we already had her give us attitude the first time. We were then told it was not at this location but one that is further into the mall since we are from another state I believe it would have been more appropriate to double check with the system when we first arrived to let us know it was another location that it was at. Because the manager had an attitude I waisted my time and I hope that they get the help they need soon it’s clearly taking a toll on customer service and the two employees...
Read moreThe gentleman with the long locs attitude is terrible. Very much so “we don’t do that” vs “this is what we can do or this is how we can help”. I 100% understand every job has rule and regulations but when the customer tells you and shows you how they’ve gotten their order done at several of your sister locations over and over again it shouldn’t be a back and forth on taking care of the customer. I didn’t ask for anything free or out of the ordinary i literally asked for my venti drink to be put in a trenti cup and that’s because of the way the venti is made and what i ask to be added in addition. Literally…..i asked for a bigger cup. Thats it, thats all, smh. The morning staffs attitude is dry, uninviting, and makes you not want to be here as much as they clearly don’t want to be either. While i ddint work with the young lady with orange/auburn hair her attitude and demeanor was dry and uninviting just like the gentleman with locs she was working with....
Read moreI ordered a single bagel with butter from home and the notification state will be ready around 9-12 minutes at 7:03am. I got to the store to pick bagel it was not ready. I asked one of the employees for my order she search the tickets by drive thru printer and by oven printer. Ticket was still laying there and everyone started roaming around the oven operator which seemed new but still not helping him/her. I was upset as I heard one of the young lady pointed out my ticket but nobody came over to say anything to me. I was in the store up to 7:15 am and still didn't get my bagel. I left and ended up being late for work. Poorest customer...
