DO NOT GO!!! MORGAN IS AWFUL!!! THIS IS THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT!! WANT BUGS IN YOUR FOOD GO. WANT HAIR ON YOUR SILVERWARE GO. WANT FOOD ON YOUR CLOTHES GO. Now that I have calmed down.. after being recommended to venture to this establishment I was so hopeful to make this bar a part of my birthday adventures. Everything seemed to be wonderful we ordered drinks and appetizers and dinner excited for the experience and to end my birthday extravaganza. When the silverware arrived there was hair on the silverware and the napkins had food on them. Not wanting to make a fuss I politely got up and requested for new silverware. Thinking that a problem was avoided we continued with life not expecting the worst happen later... After divvying out the appetizer one of my guests realized that while he was drinking his drink that there was more in his drink than his drink.... You guessed it... A winged friend was floating in his drink ... My friend has now consumed a contaminated cocktail ( I hope the saying that alcohol kills it all is accurate because yuck!!!) 🤮 At this point I am TERRIFIED as to what will happen later. I asked for a manager. When the manager (Michael) made it to the table I informed him of all the troubles that we were having and I informed him that due to the fact that we have had a terrible experience that we were just going to leave and that we weren't paying for the meal. Michael then stated that he wasn't going to do anything but credit one drink. Michael who did nothing to deescalate the situation came back with the bill and not only did they charge us for the drinks we ordered but also the drinks that Morgan had put down after we stated that we were leaving. We were forced to pay for a service and food that was deplorable and unwanted. If being forced to pay for food that wasn't consumed but was distributed wasn't terrible Morgan then proceeded to "drop" salsa that splattered all over my shoe and pants. So to recap because I wrote a book. Hair and food on silverware bug in drink and food on clothes was my take away from this establishment. I have pics of everything but the bug because they took the drink when I told them that I was going to write this review. Mr. Michael then came to the table and said that he doesn't care if I write a report because he is going to reply stating that I was rude!! Seriously I was rude!!! So I am just waiting on his rebuttal.

We visited on a Saturday evening. Don’t miss out on this one! The food is amazing! Hot! Fresh to order. It’s great for watching sports whether inside or outside. It’s more like a sports pub. The prices are so reasonable and the portions were perfect. I will definitely make Bucket Shop a go to! I can’t wait to order other items!! The service was excellent, calm, polite and attentive. Sitting outside can get a little noisy from the traffic, but that’s Buckhead…It didn’t distract us from the taste of the food. The haddock was incredible! Four large pieces, fried to perfection!!! WOW! WOW! WOW! The drinks were amazing as well. Keep up the excellent work!! We will be back! Just a couple months later, I returned. And again, The Bucket shop did not disappoint. One thing, the Reggae eggrolls were supposed to be stuffed with jerk chicken, however, I think they forgot to put the jerk on the chicken. These egg rolls were very bland. The haddock is always a favorite of my dining partner's, he gets the same each time. The Chicken burrito was ok. The size will definietly get you full. I think too it needs more seasoning. Overall, I enjoy this restaurant, but I will consider some different items next time.

Went here on a Sunday after going to the movies and it was good decent sized menu , good portions friendly service and my friends said drinks were strong . Seating is ample tvs throughout and nice seating outside. Our waitress was very attentive and down too earth . We ordered the spinach dip it wasn't my favorite it was a bland to me . The fried pickle chips they were good and the chicken rolls were good I especially liked them with the sauce it came with . On Sundays they have $4 mimosas or bloody Mary's. We also got for our main entrees the jumbo wings in lemonyaki and lemon pepper Cajun and the salmon entree no complaints Only thing kind of had me like hmmm is the no regular drinks like water or alcohol I don't drink but she was able to get me a cranberry pineapple mixed which I was charged for each item separately most places just charge me for one or the other n just mix it but I think fountain drinks as an option would be great everyone doesn't drink . The place is 21 and up but being an adult doesn't mean you drink lol Otherwise no complaints definitely worth trying if you're in the area

The food was terrible, and I order a shot of Tequila it was cool, but once we order the 2nd shot the bartender switch up the brand of Tequila on us. Really strange, and when we brought it to the waiters attention he smelled the Tequila and the glass from the first shot and admitted it was different, the waiter takes ot back and returns with another brand. So the way this restaurant gets you is, you order top shelf they give it to you on the first round and they switch it up with cheap alcohol for anything thereafter and charge you top shelf prices. I would never recommend this place. To the owners in reference to your response: This did happen and your waiter gave us a very hard time, we watched the waiter go over to the bartender and hand her the drink, the waiter didn't use a machine to re-enter the drink he handed the bartender the glass and leaned over the counter talking to her laughing and and she poured the same drink into another glass and he brought it back to us, the waiter was very rude and we ask to speak with a manager and for the bill. The waiter brought us the bill charging us for a drink we didn't drink, when we question him, he became very hostile and stated the following "you tasted it" this comment in itself made no sense, if I didn't taste it how would we know it was the wrong drink. We again ask for a manager and he walked away, once he finally returned he brought us a new bill and stated the following: "I took the drink off but we don't usually do that do you still want a manager". At this point we paid the bill and left,. NEVER did we expect this kind of treatment from any establishment. As to your large variety of Tequila, WE WERE TOLD BY THE WAITER YOU DO NOT HAVE A LARGE SELECTION and we could clearly see the bar it was directly across from us and you DO NOT Have a HUGE SELECTION OF TEQUILA. Huge disappointment with the quality of service and food. We were excited to try your restaurant, unfortunately it turned out to be...

Normally I sit at the bar but because I was not alone we got a table. We were greeted by another server who said our server would be with us. Name was Will. 10 min passed and no one came. I went up to front to ask where our server was and immediately he saw me and came to our table. No apology just straight to the point. Ok fine but needs improvement. We ordered our drinks and meal. Both which came out at a fairly decent pace. It wasn't until I noticed how our server prepared our waters. FYI, I've been in the restaurant industry for over 10 years. My last position was a bar/restaurant manager. So, speaking as someone from that background THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE. And just to make sure my bases were covered I asked the bartenders where the servers should be getting water from and AS I ALREADY KNEW, it was suppose to be requested from the bar and poured from the bar gun. Our server gave us water from the hand wash/dump sink. The sink where the dirty glasses are placed in the carrier and the "red bucket" aka the sanitizer bucket at on top of with the disinfectant spray. After confirmation, I requested waters from the bartenders. Instantly you could notice a difference in the glass, the chill of the water etc. To know the water was from tap and possible room temp. It's a big deal if you know what goes on at that sink during a full service busy bar. We chose to stay although that should of been a no go. Servers tend to take short cuts especially when busy so unfortunately when possible you have to keep a watch out. He was nice but his service was subpar. It'll be a long time till I return....
