The Flower Garden — Local services in Atlanta

I was looking for a florist to deliver a gift in Atlanta, and I selected The Flower Garden based on reviews, but after the process & seeing the final product I can’t recommend them and won’t return. As other reviews have mentioned, there is a significant charge that appears at the end of the transaction, even after you’ve approved the “total,” which makes The Flower Garden’s prices much less competitive—and in some cases actually more expensive—than other nearby florists. It also feels deceptive and is frustrating when you’re looking for a quick turnaround. On the positive side, the flowers were delivered on time and I received a notification that they were delivered. But then I saw the delivery, and it was substantially, well, uglier than the photo of the arrangement on their website. I can’t help but think I gifted a congratulatory bundle of asparagus stalks. (Comparison photos attached). The card was also bizarrely edited from the message I entered, including removal of key punctuation marks (every single apostrophe?) & capitalizing every word, making the card look like it was written by a child. I’m disappointed that I over-paid for an awkward bunch of plants, and I would suggest other would-be buyers look elsewhere, as I will be...

I really recommend The Flower Garden! Its owners are very responsible people who always offer great service. Beautiful arrangements with high quality flowers and beauty. On time delivery. I have enjoyed different services from The Flower Garden, such as: Arrangements, florist classes for adults and florist classes on birthday parties. When my little daughter turned 8 years old last March,The Flower Garden was present on the party with an amazing activity for the girls. Everyone enjoyed making arrangements and learning from the owners who provided everything needed and explained with dedicated attention to everyone in the activity.
