Since I HAVE to give a 1, I will! I have been getting my nails done for 30 plus years now, and I have NEVER experienced a bad job, a not-so pleasant experience maybe, but not a bad job! These look horrible! The people working on me seemed like they had just graduated from nail tech school by the skin of their teeth. They are also very unprofessional. At one point, the male receptionist came over to my chair, was pointing at my nails, and the three of them started giggling. Of course, I couldn't understand why they were laughing because they were speaking in their native tongue. There was also a point where the nail tech verbally showed her frustration with not being able to position my nails in the SNS powder correctly. She blamed that on the curvature of my nail. As a result, she had to re-do a couple of my nails a couple times, and as you can see, the lines she created were severely uneven and not crisp at all. Fast forward 1/2 hour and my cuticles began looking awful - they were dry, cracked, and full of SNS powder that she had not cleaned out properly. As far as the pedicure, he was horrible. He seemed like he didn't want to be bothered with me at all and touched me as if I had a skin disease or something. As a result, my skin was just as dry and crackly as the moment I initially walked in there. In the middle of polishing my toe nails, they switched pedicurists, and I had the pleasure of having the receptionist finishing the toe polish job. He had no idea how to polish toes. He started using very small, choppy strokes, which made my polish come out uneven and lumpy. To make matters worse, when he went to put on my sandal, he actually grabbed my wet toenail and ended up having to touch it up. This was a horrible experience! I don't know who these people are in these pics with these pretty and professional-looking nail jobs, but you see what type of job I walked out with....not even comparable. Horrible!!! Don't go! Run away!!

The service can definitely be better. I wanted pink ombré and from reading other reviews lol they definitely have a bad habit of clear miscommunication. I’ve never spent 95 dollars on nails. When I asked for pink ombré he chose a color that was too bright but assured me that he could soften the color to something I would like, and that it was also glow in the dark! So I got it because I didn’t really care and I just wanted to hurry up so that I could get to work. I’m pretty sure that is why I paid so much, and I honestly don’t mind but stuff like this should be told to customers. We shouldn’t have to ask, especially if it’s being offered. Me being in the restaurant industry, I do not try to upsell the entrée that takes the longest to be cooked, and/or is the most expensive. I sell what they are looking for, and what is convenient. Your reviews would be better if you guys did the same! And worked a little more on having a Customer service focused attitude that seems genuine. Moreover a bit disappointed bc two nails broke when I was trying to open mail lol one popped all the way off at work from catching a ceramic bowl from falling onto the ground lol so I had to get some press on nail glue. This all happened within the first two weeks and I’m used to it happening after. Going back today and will figure out from this experience if I’ll be a returning customer —have received so many compliments. Not sure it was worth 95 but definitely one of the prettiest sets I’ve ever received!

Nice salon but I see why it has a lower rating. Three stars just because of the lady that did my pedicure and I found the prices reasonable. Pedicure technician did a wonderful job, I loved it. Even paid very detailed attention to painting my nails with non gel polish. But when I'm doing a pedicure I absolutely hate manicures being done at the same time for this very reason. The person doing my gel nails was rushing through doing my cuticles, nicked one finger and almost nicked the middle finger. When you're doing any nail set you need to be sitting down under good lighting and paying attention to what you're doing to nails and the nail bed. Seems like the type of shop that like to get you in and out but I didn't appreciate even getting an apology for cutting the skin. I hope it doesn't cause an infection in the next few days. That same technician need to check the quality of her work after she's done. She should have seen that the top coat on my thumb was not totally coated, I corrected it before I left. Definitely felt like the technician was rushing through this.

I’ve been going here consistently for the past two months or so due to the proximity of the business and where I stay. The first time I went I got a pedicure from a very nice man. He was talkative engaging and did a very decent job in explaining, all that was going on. I then went to get my full set done by a male who name starts with a C, I believe it is Charles. It was a completely opposing experience.

Charles has done my full set three times and the first two times were extremely rough, so rough to the point that he sliced open my pinky skin! He drew blood and honestly acted as if he could care less. I was not compensated in any manner.

Today, probably one of the last times I go to this establishment, I went for my pedicure. The first person who did my feet did a very subpar job. In fact, it took three people to get my pedicure to a decent place and I still wasn’t completely satisfied. It ended up shedding tears as I looked at my feet.

Nonetheless, I still paid and tipped 10%. In fact, I over paid! I do not get jel because the process makes my nails extremely fragile— i’d like to note, of all the times I’ve been to get my pedicure done I have never gotten jel. I have been getting charged an extra five dollars every time I get a pedicure because they make the assumption that the polish on my feet is gel.

Luckily, there was a very nice lady who told me she’d be able to get me a refund. I have not received it yet. I paid with my card so hopefully it comes through soon. I applaud her, because I was extremely moody once I made the realization of being wrongfully overcharged. She remain calm and collected.

Overall, I rate my experience at this nail salon a two out of five because it’s inconsistent and falsely advertising “luxurious nails”. It does not have enough people working there that actually care about what they’re doing and how they intend to the people that they are providing...

I scheduled an appointment for my mother and I to get her nails done for her birthday and were really excited. Upon arrival we were not greeted by a single employee; the employees looked at me and then turned their heads as I waited to be serviced; I even made two attempts to speak and be greeted (still nothing). Finally after asking again to be serviced a gentleman (pretty tall) came up to me with an attitude. I said hi my name is (Insert) and I made an appointment for my mother and I to get our nails done and he stated that there would be an hour wait without even checking our appointment time in the system. I had just got off the phone with the manager who stated that my appointment was confirmed and we could be serviced and she also guided me towards parking. (Back to the shop) the employee stated, I know that you spoke with the manager but she’s not here and she doesn’t know how backed up and busy we are. I was extremely disappointed because I set the appointment the Saturday before and truly wanted my mother to have a great time but instead we received terrible service and an employee with a bad attitude. I could see if we were a regular walk in and there was an hour wait (then what choice would we have) but we actually had an appointment which the walk ins or even other appointments should have been scheduled around so that there was no conflict. If I could I would give this place zero stars just for the customer service. Also this is really detailed! I can't make...
