I recently purchased my wedding dress from a&bé x anna bé bridal shop, and the experience was truly unforgettable! I’m originally from the Atlanta area (I actually used to live just a block away from the Buckhead store) but have since moved out of state. Coming back to Georgia to find my dress was always the plan, and finding it so close to my old home felt like fate.

This was my second bridal appointment after trying on nearly 10 dresses elsewhere, and I hadn’t yet had that feeling everyone talks about. From the moment I met my stylist, Cody, I felt completely comfortable and knew I was in the best hands! She was incredibly patient, supportive, and made the entire process so special not only for me, but also for the guests I brought with me.

I cannot overstate how terrible our experience was at this bridal shop. What should have been a joyful, once-in-a-lifetime moment for my best friend was completely overshadowed by the staff’s appalling attitude and behavior. They were dismissive, unprofessional, and made it very clear we were an inconvenience rather than valued guests.

The stylist repeatedly left my friend, the bride, standing undressed in the fitting room, which was not only uncomfortable but humiliating. When we requested champagne to celebrate, we were handed glasses with barely a sip’s worth — insulting at best. Worst of all, the stylist actively discouraged my friend from trying on the gown she was most excited about, souring what should have been a magical and memorable experience.

Bridal gown shopping is meant to be special, and instead the staff turned it into an ordeal. I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop to look elsewhere. Unfortunately, a one star rating is the lowest...

I had the best experience here 🤍 I was unexpectedly squeezed in as our last appointment on our dress shopping day. My bridal stylist Ariel and Ashley are who we worked with and they are 1000% amazing women! The FIRST dress I tried on here ended up being my dress! I was skeptical about saying yes on the first day of my dress shopping journey, but this journey is different than any other shopping journey. You are supposed to say yes to the dress that makes you emotional, it’s not supposed to be logical. When I tell you we all cried when I had on my dress! The team at Anna bé Atlanta was so supportive, they are the best team of girls. AND the price was in budget! I had a good feeling about this place before I even stopped by, and I was right!
