I have been going to Kerry for nearly five years now. She is absolutely incredible. She truly listens to you every single time, and very specifically adjusts treatment accordingly. She’s remarkably intuitive and carefully uses this ability in her sessions. As the name of her company implies, her massages are never one-size-fits-all. It’s crystal clear that she deeply cares about, and is dedicated to, meeting your particular needs and helping you heal. She has reliably eased my back and neck pain from day one. .... More recently - and this is nothing short of miraculous - she treated me for carpal tunnel relief ahead of a consultation with a hand surgeon. The medical team and I were pretty sure that surgery would be needed. However, the benefits from just one session with Kerry, focused on my hand and wrist, were so profound that the surgeon told me that not only did I not need surgery, but that I no longer qualified for a carpal tunnel diagnosis at all, AND that their new recommended course of treatment was to continue getting bodywork from Kerry as needed (which I’m absolutely doing, still with success). This would have been my 1st appointment with this company, I was called a few hours prior to my appointment by the owner Kerry Lewis. She advised me that the Therapist I was scheduled with was not available to be on a leave of absence. She stated that I would be scheduled with a different Therapist which I was not comfortable with. She proceeded to grill me about how I knew the original Therapist, I explained how I knew her and by the end of the conversation she stated the Therapist would no longer be returning to her company. I have never experienced this type of conversation with any other companies that I have patronized for Massage services. The way she spoke to me and grilled me was extremely unprofessional and rude. As a customer, any personnel issues that are going on are not my concern and should not be any of my business. And furthermore the customer should not be repeatedly asked questions about Therapist. Consumers have a choice as to where they spend their money and I won't ever spend mine with...

Never even got a massage in the end. I booked the appointment online and was looking forward to trying Kerry based on positive reviews. Unfortunately someone borrowed her car and she texted me that she was running 15 mins late. No biggie, I’ll wait. Sadly another 15 mins went by before she texted me that she was still in traffic 9 mins away on I-75. Only after I mentioned I was getting angry did she offer to reschedule. I had to ask about cancelling and getting my money back since the website indicated I would be charged for late cancellations. She agreed not to charge me and apologized but I waited 45 mins in an empty depressing cold concrete hall bench which I will never get back. Very disappointing poor communication.
