BEWARE THE RACIST EMPLOYEES.
Hmm, I wrote a review a couple months ago and it seems to have been deleted, along with many others I read. I think it must be a prerequisite to be RACIST to be hired here, because not only was I both snubbed or outright ignored by the employees who weren't doing anything more than folding panties on a table, but I'd just seen one of those SAME employees being very chatty and helpful to another woman of a different race than me. Coincidentally, that customer was the same race as that employee. I knew exactly what I wanted, my size isn't that unusual but it was not out on the floor and she couldn't be bothered to check in the back for it even though when I asked when they get shipment, she said, "Every day." When she had exhausted her excuses to help me, she simply turned and walked away. I'd just seen her smiling and chatting and running around helping another customer not five minutes before.
That experience was nothing compared to what awaited me at the register, though. The girl at the register couldn't even be bothered to look me in the eye, let alone speak to me. She looked at my purchase, called over the girl that had helped me before, they both looked at it and busted out laughing. Then the first girl walked away and the girl behind the register just stood there. I asked what the issue was, and she just said, "You don't have a tag on it," in a very rude tone of voice, as if it was MY fault. After getting whatever it was she needed from the first girl, she completed the rest of the transaction without so much as a word or a glance in my direction, then dropped my bag onto the counter in my general vicinity.    Read moreI had a very strange experience here on February 27th at around 5:00 pm. I asked one of the ladies for a dressing room and she asked me why I had so many of the same type of bras. I was very confused, as the bras I had were all different styles and colors, and even if they were similar I donât understand why it matters. She at first refused to get me a dressing room because the bras were too similar, but then when I showed her I had different styles she reluctantly allowed me in. It was very strange and uncomfortable that I was not allowed to try on bras because they were âtoo similarâ to each other. I have no idea why that would be a problem. This is something Iâve never experienced at any Victoriaâs Secret store before. Since I do look young I think itâs possible she thought I was trying to steal, and I honestly felt super insulted by that. Once I showed her I was trying on maternity bras her tune changed a bit. It was the lady who has a strong accent and I believe she has long dark hair. The two black ladies that work there were as sweet as can be, and made up for the strange and uncomfortable interaction I had with the first woman. They apologized for her rudeness and helped me check out. Overall, that lady made me feel super uncomfortable and Iâm not sure why she thought it was necessary to question me as if I were doing something wrong. Iâm pregnant and have had a hard time fitting into my bras, therefore had I not desperately needed new bras that day I probably would have left without buying anything. The whole situation was weird and Iâm not sure why picking bras that are too similar would cause me to not be allowed to get a...
Read moreVisited today 10/21 and the customer service is horrible. My first encounter was the young lady in the back of the store who had an attitude from the initial encounter & talked to us very condescending when we only were asking a simple question in which I should have known better prior as the customer in front of me she told him(very loud) âok, I donât think you have a card here but swipe ya id anywayâ the young lady in the pink part of the store was amazing, when I went to the front desk to speak with the manger about the young lady in the back I met the manager named âKeishaâ heavy set light skinned young lady and I told her the you lady in the back of the store had an attitude she proceeded to continue folding clothes and not once stood what she was doing or even looked up and said âIâm sorry to hear thatâ đł I replied well do you have a store number cuz Iâm not too confident in you response in which she wobble shuffled to go get a different number than the actual number showed for the one online. I understand staff short, some people overwhelmed but, dam take it out of ya bosses not me but, I for sure wonât be stepping back in & the funny part is if they were smart they would have done a google search and saw Iâm not the âaverage citizenâ but, I decided to save them the embarrassment by not even...
