Terrible location. Disabled Veteran here and the associate accused me of lying when I asked for the veteran discount. I showed my DOD ID, my Driver's License and my VA Health Card. She refused to grant a promotion that was advertised, and she accused me to stealing punch card stickers for tshirts. I have a family of four, so I buy more than one shirt at a time, especially at christmas time. I contacted corporate and they seemed to care, but then they broke their word too. They said they would send me two shirts to make up for it, as they investigated. I received one shirt, but they sent the other to the wrong address. I asked them to resend as the tracking showed the shirt being returned to sender and they said they would, but they changed their mind and mailed me a punch card instead. They didn't even punch all the stamps needed on the card. I offered to send that back to the, and they refused to talk with me. I am so upset by this company. Disabled veteran humiliated in front of my family and then mistreated for corporate errors as well. I will NEVER shop any Spencers Gifts stores ever again now, and I will not shop any other store they own for...

My experience with this spencer's is absolutely vile. My story starts when I came in to grab myself some piercings and gauges. A short girl named alanna or alanya or something came over and seemed nice at first, until I realized she didn't know a lick of anything she was saying when grabbing the jewelry out of the case. She was very pushy and rude and she kept telling me that I was doing everything wrong, but in fact my piercer told me I was doing it all right. I just nodded and agreed until I could find another person to help, in this case it was Alexander, he is short with green and blue hair. He is the only reason why I even gave 2 stars, because he was extremely educated on jewelry and he even offered me a cleaner for a few dollars for my new piercing. The first chick came over and belittled him directly infront of me. I hope she's not a manager because it was absolutely disgusting to watch. She kept telling him that in fact he was in the wrong and she was being self centered. I would come back for the green haired boy, but alanna/alanya was GROSS.. not to mention she also stinks,, please get some deodorant.. a totally...

Completely unprofessional. Sonya is terrible at her job and should never be in management. Took 5 shirts to register. Buy 4 get one free. Also buy one get one half off deal going on. Was only charged for 4 items and the ones I was charged for were rang up incorrectly. Refused to give me difference back on wrongfully charged items. Called security on me for demanding a return. I asked for second managers name said she wasnt going to give her name and referred to herself as dumbbutt. Finally did a return after security showed up and still overcharged me....
