Well me & my elderly mother came in 30 minutes before closing needing a bed the next day delivered. We were in quite a pickle. When we walked in we were greeted warmly & promptly by Tim. We explained what we needed & he said don’t worry he will figure something out. He said they are family owned & we will treat you like family. And that he did! He was able to search and find all the different bed combos in stock & at the warehouse. After we settled on a bed set up, he offered to have it delivered & set up for only $35. I said as long as we can have it by Noon tomorrow. He checked the schedule and said, let me rearrange the day so we should be able get it there. Tim promised to have it there no later than 3 worst case scenario. We could work with that. He said the delivery team will call you when they are on the way. Fast forward til 11am the next morning, delivery guy called and was on the way. They got it all set up and going by 12 on the dot! What a huge relief! Donnie was just wonderful during our entire experience. I went to mattress firm before going to just beds and it was terrible. No one would let me look at a mattress that was less than $2000 and only point me towards ones that were over $3000. The pressure was on by the associate to buy a mattress that day and I was unimpressed to say the least. I went to just beds a week later and was so pleased by the no pressure approach where my fella and I could roam free in the store testing things out for ourselves but with Donnie near by to answer when any questions came up. The delivery process was a breeze with our strict schedule of moving to a new state the next day. Very professional. Will certainly do business with again for any mattress purchases in the future. If you're buying a mattress, do yourself a favor and buy it at JUST BEDS! We needed a new mattress and we had somewhat of an idea of what we wanted before we went to the store. The salesman Donnie listened to what we wanted out of a mattress and showed us the different mattress options based on our needs. We were able to lay on the mattresses while Donnie explained the benefits and differences in materials of the options on our radar. We ended up choosing the Serta iComfort Blue Fusion 1000 Luxury Firm and we LOVE IT. We sleep comfortably cool through the entire night now and wake up feeling great.
